| 5. What country codes, top level domains, extensions can you host? |

We can host any domain name with any extension that your country will allow us to host. There is no limitation on our part. |

| 6. How do I migrate my website to Exxelnet Solutions from Another Hosting Provider? |
| |
There are a few simple steps involved to migrate your website to our servers. Firstly, subscribe to our web hosting plan. Upload your website and create your email accounts in our servers. Next, contact your registrar (the company that you registered your domain name with) and have them change the DNS information of your domain to our name servers addresses. Most registrars have online Control Panels that you can simply fill out to make the DNS changes yourself.

| 7. I already have my domain name and hosting. Will there be any downtime for my web site and email if I switch to your services? |

Follow the following steps to minimise disruption or maintain NO downtime for your migration exercise.
1. |
Subscribe to our hosting package. We will set up your web space and email you the server setup info and instructions. |
2. |
Upload/publish your website to the new server. |
3. |
Create all the email accounts in the new email server according to what you have on your old email server and configure the email disk quota if needed. |
4. |
Modify the DNS info of your domain name to that of ours. See previous answer. |
5. |
Allow 24 to 48 hours for the new DNS info to propagate througout the Internet. Your website and email are now hosted by the new servers. |
6. |
Download your emails from the old email server one last time and you may terminate your hosting service with your previous hosting provider. |
